I have today received my latest order from Valentte I started buying from them before Christmas 2022 as Christmas presents for my wife I have been very pleased with them My wife loves receiving them and the cost is ridiculously low for such good quality products The packaging is always excellent a reasonably simple design that hints at the quality of the products inside Clean white packaging dressed with grey ribbons and bows Delivery is usually free and efficient with regular email progress updates from order to delivery A pleasant and user friendly website showing the array of products available together with comprehensive information on each and every item If you want a nice present for someone you care about you can t go wrong with Valentte

The Valentte products are just amazing and the customer service I experienced was outstanding Having a query about my order I contacted customer support by email during Bank Holiday expecting to hear back after the weekend Shannon replied immediately and the query was resolved Her replies were lovely and friendly and informative Thank you Shannon and well done Valentte on your fabulous products and great staff

Received my Offer order promptly beautifully packaged I m so delighted with the quality and the fragrances are gorgeous 2 weeks on and my house still smelling lovely Would definitely recommend and will be ordering from Valentte again

Standout candles

Standout candles It s so hard to find candles which burn evenly and throw as strongly as these I just wish they came in larger sizes Please in the future never cheapen or cut corners on the wax chemistry oils - it s what makes them great

Excellent customer service

I recently ordered 4 reed diffusers two soaps on their buy one get one free offer As I have had neroli sprays diffusers from other companies I ordered their top sellers white neroli lemon and Lemongrass Rosemary When they arrived I opened one of the White Neroli Lemon but found it to be very strong overpowering in my small rooms I tried putting it in the hallway but still found it too strong I contacted Valentte customer service and got a reply that day I asked if I could return the unopened diffusers and swap them for another fragrance This was all resolved within a few days of me contacting them and I have new fragrances that are more subtle I can highly recommend this company The diffusers come packed in pretty designed boxes and ideal to give as gifts too The new fragrances I picked were Tropical Coconut paradise and Mandarin clove

Amazing company I have brought a lot for myself and friends and family over the years Absolutely wonderful smells and beautifully presented which is why they make amazing presents From ordering to delivery it is super fast and efficient Always doing special offers which I can t seem to refuse Highly recommend and my house smells devine from using the diffusers room mist wax melts and now the oil for my burners
