I don t normally write reviews - but I am really grateful for Valla If you have any doubts - hopefully this review will change your mind I was experiencing some unpleasant issues with my employer that had been going on for some time I found Valla via tiktok and thought I would get in touch with them From the very first interaction I started to feel better as it really felt for the first time that someone was on my side I purchased a couple of letter templates filled them in and then booked a meeting with one of the Valla team I was listened to very sympathetically I was also given really good advice I then submitted my letters to my employer - within a very short timescale they came back to me with very acceptable outcome I can t go into details for obvious reasons But the templates meeting and ongoing support resulted in the best possible outcome for me The team at Valla gave me much more control over the situation than if I had tried to go it alone A really excellent service I cannot recommend Valla enough A game changing service for employees
