I have reviewed Valley and Peak in the past as the buying experience was very good I ve since had to reach out for support with a faulty air mattress and was surprised just how good the aftercare from them is I was first reassured that they would look after me and offered me some advice to check it was actually a fault After confirming something was wrong they allowed me to send the item to them which they paid for for testing and after a few weeks they sent out a replacement Extremely helpful polite supportive help I would highly recommend using Valley and Peak not only are they competitively priced but you can t put a price on excellent customer service
