I have not sufficient words to praise Vallonch ne highly enough They are a truly excellent nursery and garden centre in every respect I wished to send a very special tree to a dear friend in memory of her late husband I live in London and my friend lives in the South of France M Christophe Marsille of Vallonch ne emailed me in perfect English throughout the process of choosing and buying the tree Advising me first on a variation in size of the tree and then kindly taking down a note to enclose with the gift Then the delivery company were unable to find the house to deliver it to and M Marsille again volunteered to personally contact the company and explain more directions I could not have wished for a more helpful and personalised service - all my emails were answered immediately and so helpfully Finally I received a photo of the tree from my friend - and it was truly a most lovely tree - strong and in bud Absolutely perfect I wholeheartedly recommend Vallonch ne - not only for a remarkable service but also for the quality of their trees and plants Thank you for truly a most excellent and thoughtful experience

I am very satisfied with the company its products and its personnel who were very polite kind and approachable The only thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was the condition of the received parcel However that was out of the company s control because the plant got stressed out during its long journey and not in the nursery
