Had high expectations visiting Vanbruun and Erica and her colleagues over exceeded my expectations I had absolutely no idea what to look for where to start or how much to spend but I immediately felt I was in good hands After answering a few questions we were quite quickly able to narrow down what I should go for I was ready to place an order after less than an hour A regular sales rep would ve taken that order however I was advised to give it some thoughts and then place the order after some thinking That s not something you see everyday World class service fantastic showroom variety of products and a lot a lot a lot of different diamonds to choose from I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a ring or any other jewellery to check in with Vanbruun first Ps My fianc absolutely loved the ring

Had a consultation for an engagement ring Walter took more time than we booked and made a good deal for a really nice ring we had decided on Perfect consultation in English as well

Vanbruun and especially Sofie was recommended to me by a good friend First of all the ring is absolutely gorgeous and I know my gf will love it But way more important - a special thank you goes out to Sofie who perfectly guided me through the decision making She was really thoughtful and put the effort to find a ring suitable for my ideas and wishes She gave me her honest opinion instead of trying to sell something which helped me alot and made me trust her Besides that she was very patient everytime I was unsure or had any additional requests which just shows how much she cares Could not have felt more comfortable with her service The communication and delivery was straightforward without any issues
