Purchased a dinner service last year
Bought a full set for 4 and one mug was broken inside Sent photo to customer service support who told me that warehouse don t have any to replace Full refund was declined from support team Requested again was told to return the full set remember the box is super heavy And so will the postage be too I told them this and in the 3rd attempt they did not even offer a prepaid label I was still told to return the heavy box on my own which probably end up breaking further items inside by myself doing so To date No full refund or replacement

Poor service
Purchased a dinner service last year and a fortnight ago noticed two of the dinner plates had a hair line crack in them Got in touch with vancasso customer service explaining the issue and quoted there terms if any issues they would replace free of charge I have sent several messages but no response In the meantime we have purchased 4 identical plates from Amazon at a cost of 30 00 I am not sure if this website exists

Broken plate set don t buy AVOID
I purchased the Bonita set EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED Poor quality Every single piece chipped and gathered mold on back GROSS DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS Big let down CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I was sloughed off Please SAVE YOUR MONEY THE WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst company ever Avoid at all costs
Honestly don t know where to start When ordering it gave the option of transit insurance in case of breakages for an additional cost I unchecked the box as under UK consumer law this is unnecessary as damages in transit are covered when making purchase via the internet The page then refreshes and it adds it back on I tried over 10 times and couldn t make my purchase without it 2 large dinner plates turned up broken and I sent an email with pictures explaining that I required 2 replacements sending out and the insurance refunding as it is unnecessary I was then directed to claim on the insurance I explained that it s not my job to do that and I just need 2 plates sending The company then agreed to that and to refund my insurance She then changed her mind and said they couldn t refund the insurance as it had been paid to the United States complete BS Anyway after another 5 emails back and forth still no refund of insurance and still no replacement plates She then said I should send the broken plates back at my expense I have also tried claiming on the insurance and surprise surprise heard nothing Also I ordered the set I ordered was black and they are more brown than black Can genuinely say this is THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I VE EVER EXPERIENCED I am now dealing with my credit card company to issue a charge back Absolutely disgraceful service and an awful company

The dinnerware develops mold
The dinnerware looks beautiful but unfortunately it chips easily and develops mold We purchased sets from two different websites and in both circumstances the bottom rims of the plates and bowls developed mold which does not scrub off within mere weeks I ve never had this issue with ceramic stoneware before from any other company It s clearly an issue with Vancasso not properly sealing the bottoms I contacted the company and they wouldn t help only told me to contact the websites I purchased from If the issue was isolated to one website I d understand but this is clearly a manufacturing defect because it happened with two Disappointed in the customer service how fast this dishware degraded and having to jump through hoops to get refunded

I placed an order online on 01 November
I placed an order online on 01 November 2024 It was for a 16 piece dinnerware set This was to function as a spare set as we purchased a 32 piece dinnerware set in light blue last year I received confirmation of the order by email checked the order and realised the color ordered was grey I believed I had ordered the light blue colour I then checked on the website and noticed there was no contact number I then tried the Contact Us now Chat Client and there were no agents online I left my email address and a message and the reply stated Our agents typically reply in a few minutes I then followed up with an email to support and with the error in color on the order and asked if this could be replaced with the light blue I used the Contact Us Get in Touch link and provided my name email address mobile number and message I waited 4 hours didn t receive any responses so I sent a Facebook Business Chat message It s been 5 hours and tried multiple contact methods as there is no contact number listed for Vancasso This is a pity as we really liked our previous 32 piece dinnerware set and only wanted some spare in the event of breakage I wouldn t recommend buying from Vancasso as the service and support are non-existent and they have no Comms whatsoever We will go elsewhere for tableware in the future and ensure that business has adequate service support and Comms
