The worst online purchase ever They say easy return or exchange - what a LIE I have tried for over 3 months to exchange my hair first they delay on choosing what color then they say to send back to Vietnam and then when you provide proof you sent it they say Oh it is stuck in customs check with your local carrier WHAT What a waste of my time and money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

I am trying to return a product and after intense research on return policies I decided to go with this company now that I m trying to return the product I m inquired addict cost to return the policy because it has to be returned out of Country on your website you have a USA address I m not clear on why products cannot be returned to that address None of this was stated in the return policy because if it was I would ve never bought from this company companies that are out of country should do a better job of stating Exactly what is to be expected when we turn in their product your company failed and that
