I STILL DONT have my certificates for the real estate pre-licensing courses
I finished my course within 18 days and passed all of the exams and sent in my affidavit they don t release your certificate automatically its manually done by them i have been on the phone and email with them for a week going now and I STILL DONT have my certificates for the real estate pre-licensing courses After going through these issues I went to BBB and saw that alot of other students are having the same issues as me and they are all recent reviews STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL

So Frustrating
So Frustrating I ve been an agent for 10 years always able to get my credits in right away The previous schools I worked with had audio video classes this was just boring pages and pages of real estate law What a waste of a day and a half Most of the questions on the exams didn t even pertain to what was covered in the course and the answers selections were also at times ALL INCORRECT Ugh such a defeating experience and waste of time and money Now I have to start over with another program

Changes to their system are horrible-I won t use them again
I have used VanEd for my entire real estate career and have always loved them but their new system is terrible-it took me almost 10 FULL HOURS to complete a 2 hour CE course they had reverted my legal name back to my old married name from before 2011 so I had to sign multiple affidavits then they wouldn t issue the certificate for several days There was next to NO communication and I was on deadline to provide my certs to the commission so it was incredibly stressful I m severely disappointed in VanEd and will not use them again

Horrible experience
Horrible experience I took a 2-hour class and it took me over four hours to complete About every five minutes it kept asking me for me to verify myself with the questions I had to set up in the beginning Kicked me out of the final two times and I had to re-start the course And the BS trick questions they throw at you is ridiculous What happened to this company

The classes have not been updated-many are from 2022 which does not reflect the current legal environment The test questions and answers are mo longer accurate This is a terrible disservice to agents

VanEd Real Estate Course Review Avoid at All Costs Do not I repeat DO NOT use VanEd for your real estate education The course is hastily put together with glaring mistakes and subpar quality at every turn From typos to poorly designed content it s clear that VanEd has no intention of providing a professional or reliable educational experience But that s just the start of the nightmare The real issue lies in their complete and utter lack of support and accountability I had a simple yet crucial issue when I took the end-of-course exam after just five questions into the 100-question test my internet cut out No big deal right I logged back in fully prepared to continue Instead I was met with a page informing me that I had failed the exam and would not be able to retake it for 30 days That was six days ago and the situation has only gotten worse Over the last six days I have reached out to their support team five times The first response claimed that the issue was fixed citing my name as the problem even though it had been correct from the start The next response assured me that the problem would be resolved in two hours Four days later I still had no solution Their chat support is equally useless often disconnecting or sending automatic responses asking for feedback without addressing the issue at hand I also called their support number which connects to a call center in India While the representatives are polite they simply cannot help Worse yet there s no way to escalate the issue There s no supervisor to talk to and they have no direct line to the engineering team that actually fixes problems This means that your concerns are lost in translation and you are left hoping that someone somewhere on the other end of an email chain will eventually understand the issue and fix it Spoiler alert they don t The customer service experience here is the worst I ve ever encountered and that s saying something considering the countless interactions with poorly trained call centers I ve endured VanEd s lack of professionalism and its failure to address technical problems in a timely manner is simply unacceptable This whole ordeal has made me realize just how little competition there is in the online education market If you re looking to start a business I strongly encourage you to open a real estate education company that actually cares about its customers and offers real service In the meantime do yourself a favor and stay far far away from VanEd This company is a textbook example of how to run a business poorly
