I placed an order 08 01 22 After some weeks I asked customer service when I could expect the dress to be delivered 26 1 22 I got the message that my package was lost in transit At det same day I placed a new order for the same dress After some weeks I asked customer service about delivery 08 2 2022 customer service wrote to me that they have not been able to process the order Again I placed a new order for the same dress At my request customer service wrote to me that they had tracked my order They confirmed that it was scheduled to be shipped soon I never got the dress I wrote to customer service and got the message that the dress was out of stock My order was cancelled The money was refunded - three times I have bought many items online but I have never experienced such poor service before

Have been chasing Vanessa Bruno for refund for three months
I have been chasing Vanessa Bruno for a refund for three months I have the DHL receipt to prove the goods arrived and have been emailing the address on their website but just hear nothing back Additionally when I first received the package one item was missing even though I d been charged This is the second time I have bought something off Vanessa Bruno s online shop and the second time I ve had to chase them for a refund although last time they at least responded to my first email I had thought maybe the first time was a one-off but it turns out by the look of these reviews that this is all too common I would recommend anyone wanting to buy Vanessa Bruno clothes to go via a third party website that has a better reputation for customer service Unfortunately for me I think my experience has put me off the brand for good

Not user friendly
At the time of payment I got a message that it did not work So I repeated several times Then I found out that the order was doubled despite the error messages I wanted to cancel the double orders but there was no such option in the website I wrote to the customer center and I never got an answer so I received the same items twice this caused unnecessary returns i also did not like that the order did not include a return ticket autocollant Moreover the box used was not user friendly Once opened it was not easy to close again properly in case of a return I think that there is big room for improvement in the end to end process

Reasons never to shop Vanessa Bruno
I purchased 2 items back in March it states on their website they pay customs some 70 in this case They haven t The goods were released to me and DHL are now threatening me with debt enforcement unless I pay I have written yes post emailed tried Facebook to contact them Left multiple messages and they do not reply I feel compelled to pay so my credit status doesn t suffer This is completely shameful behaviour do not shop with them

If I could give zero stars I honestly
If I could give zero stars I honestly would This has been the worst experience I have ever come across with any brand I ordered dresses online and unfortunately all were too big for me I respected the return policy on time and with their chosen delivery company Mondial Relay The merchandise arrived at Cergy at their entrep t and then nothing the package disappeared and was never delivered I have tried contacting both companies on numerous occasions Vanessa Bruno client service number on their website 0186477246 never ever picks up and you are left with a beep I have sent numerous emails and I am currently in limbo This is a warning to anyone who orders online and needs to return an item There was no choice to return instore my preference you have to print out a return slip and go with Mondial Relay The cost of the merchandise was over 800 euros

Terrible Experience
J ai envoy plusieurs e-mails concernant mon remboursement et je suis extr mement frustr de n avoir re u qu un remboursement partiel J ai retourn la totalit de la commande mais je n ai re u aucune r ponse ni mise jour sur le montant restant J ai plac des tickets sur leur site de commande internationale traduit l int gralit de mon e-mail en fran ais pour contacter leur service client fran ais Je ne sais pas comment joindre le service client autrement car mes e-mails sont rest s sans r ponse Ce manque de communication est inacceptable I will no longer be a client following their appalling customer service after my recent order Get it together Vanessa Bruno - retrain your staff to try and be helpful rather than ignoring unresponsive customer care I have sent emails over 100 and 100 tickets Yet I am not receiving a response Absolutely terrible They do not respond to your emails I have sent emails in French placed Helpful ticket through international communication channels Yet not helpful at all
