Great product choice quality and customer service care
I was searching for a Sonic the Hedgehog swim suit on line which was found in a well known high street store I saw that Vanilla Underground were the company so I checked the website The clothing was cheaper to buy directly from them and they had so much more choice Delivery was really quick and quality of the items were fantastic I had an question with one item and I can not fault the customer service care The response was within 12 hours and within 48 hours the situation was completely sorted I ve never known such good customer support I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend on product choice product quality and customer service care

Great T-shirts and customer service experience
I ve bought a number of Vanilla Undergrounds t-shirts and have always been happy with the quality of the material and of the print I recently had a delivery issue with Royal Mail losing an order for several weeks but customer service at Vanilla Underground gave me a happy resolution in super quick time Many thanks

The spider man onesie is a very nice product Very good value for money and it arrived quickly within 2 days of ordering and my nephew loved it he is 3 so I ordered a 2 3 years old and it is a lovely fit for him it s unusual for you to be able to get the right fit because he s in between sizes but it is perfect would recommend your company to other people
