The Gold Standard in Magic

I live in Australia but I go out of my way to order things from VI Shipping is faster than ordering things locally The two occasions out of about 100 that there was something mixed up with my order it was rectified for no extra money out of my pocket both times with hand written apologies and a thank you and they even threw in something extra Their support staff answer all sorts of questions historical product information recommendations shipment information not only quickly but thoroughly I couldn t recommend them higher

So a lot happened really a lot happened We both - me and Vanishing Inc had so many exchanges of mails related to one thing - Custom duties But in the end all things were sorted and I received the package in perfect condition with them helping in refunding me amount for offsetting the custom duties I ll say Wow VI has an amazing customer service
