DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a jacket for Halloween and it took 3 weeks to arrive with very poor obviously a bot customer service I mailed saying I needed it by Thursday October 31st latest and the response did not answer any questions and still provided me with no indication of where my parcel was After another week after the 31st I emailed again saying I wanted to cancel my order as it was beyond late and I was getting no response as to where it was They then copy pasted the SAME email they sent me previously Nowhere on the website do they indicate that the item is coming from China and not the Netherlands I also ordered 2 items off Aliexpress the same day which I know is coming from China and it came in less than a week Item eventually arrived and was too small sizes are not accurate When I asked to return they said I have to ship it back to China under my own costs 35 Absolute scam don t bother Don t know how companies like this are allowed to run should be illegal

Refused to return or refund
Ordered a product it was extremely low quality and broken at some parts they refused to replace or refund and asked me to send it to an address in china where it the delivery would cost more than the product itself Their website stopped working a few days after I ordered as well which is strange

They deserve not even 1 ster Still waiting for what i bought 2 months ago van Oevelen mode is not a real webshop they just want your money Don t ever buy something from them
