Very Happy Customer
I am a 66 year old 180 lb male who for health reasons decided to take up bike riding I have not been on a bike in over 30 years I decided to buy an e-bike not one that was like an electric scooter but one that required me to peddle and be able to choose the level of assistance the motor would provide In my research I discovered the Van Powers City Vanture I liked the idea of assembling my own bike and felt it would give me the knowledge to better care and maintain my bike Another reason that I chose this model is that the City Vanture does not look like an e-bike the battery is integrated into the frame which makes it look like a regular bike reducing the chance of theft and being banned from bike paths that don t allow electric bikes When I received my bike I was immediately impressed with how well the components were packaged and protected The assembly was quite easy all the tools needed are included the instructions were easy to follow and well written My first riding experience was very positive despite not have been on a bike in over three decades This bike is very well engineered the electric motor delivers smooth power with no sudden accelerations or jerkiness The controls for the motor are excellent and very easy to use The color daylight viewable screen which is integrated into the steering post is easy to see even in bright sunlight And the carbon fiber belt drive to the motor hub is amazing no gears required and no greasy chain to mess up your clothes I have been riding my bike for over a month now and I am very happy with my purchase This is an excellent engineered product that is a lot of fun and easy to use

Great affordable e-bike
I ordered the Vanpower City Vanture The bike was delivered within 5 days from the Czech Republic to the Netherlands It was great fun to assemble it The performance of the bike is remarkably good really meant for road biking since the tires are very lean Top speed seems to be more than is allowed in the EU but I don t mind The bafang motor is very quiet 250W together with the belt drive Since I am 1 92m long the bike is a bit too small for me I am considering a stem adaptor to get the handlebar a bit higher although it will not improve the sleek looks of the bike

We love Vanpowers
We love our UrbanGlide and Manidae We have driven our Manidae over 300 miles so far and everything is perfect and still runs like it did when we put it together

Vanpowers for the WIN
The bike arrived in great shape straight out of the box and was easy to assemble It s nice to have help but one person can do it The ride quality is expectational especially for the competitive price point The seat post shock really helps smooth out bumps in the road The range was great and I love how integrated everything is Well done Vanpowers

Good stealth looking bike
Yes it does require time to assemble but there s a great video for on YouTube step by step I needed a child seat on there and customer service took my question serious and discussed it with the engineers to get a GO for different mounting options Distribution from Czech warehouse to DK was fast - 3 days

Absolutely great bike
Absolutely great bike a bit of a challenge to build but a great experience to learn how bikes together So much fun to ride The customer service from Bree is top notch There were a couple of early niggles but these were quickly and satisfactorily sorted

Very pleasant and helpful after-sales service
I ordered a bike from them a long time ago when they were still in their IndieGoGo phase so my experience with them spans a couple of years actually When I received the bike which was quite easy to assemble no problems on that front it turned out that some items from the backer rewards had been forgotten about so they d have to be shipped to me additionally This turned into a year-long journey of attempting to get those packages delivered to me which finally met its successful end late September 2023 Unfortunately my local delivery services were less than incapable and the packages got lost no less than four times before they finally made Throughout this all Vanpowers was very helpful they shipped replacement parts out without any extra charge or putting up any kind of smokescreens which was much nicer of them than they d have to be after doing the same thing three times in a row already I d also like to especially highlight Bree who was my support agent throughout all of this they ve been very nice and helpful start-to-finish thanks again

City Vanture well done Vanpowers
Recieved the bike within 5 business days Bike was all I hoped for Parts were well packaged clearly labelled and very well made a testament to Vanpowers quality control I had watched 2 on-line assembly videos prior to recieving the bike I followed the supplied written guide and put the bike together in less that 2 hours I am 5 8 and was concerned the bike frame would be on the large side given the advertised parameters By putting the seat far forward on the rails the geometry is perfect for me with no issues regarding standover height Bike rides like a dream I have yet to challenge the battery on a longer run but will do so this week Had the optional external battery been offered at a lower price I would have purchased that as well Perhaps in the future
