UPDATE Second package arrived in time

UPDATE I ordered more shoes knowing they could take longer than expected I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in 6 days from ordering within the 5-7 day timeframe for standard delivery Hopefully Vans have now sorted out their supply issues but I ve changed this from a 2 to a 5 star review because at the end of the day they re still amazing shoes The original issue might have been due to the 2-3 day express delivery which was with UPS The 7 day standard delivery must have been sent in a bulk delivery then delivered to the door by Yodel The problem might have been with UPS getting stuck at customs but the standard delivery seemed to work well I d recommend going with that OLD REVIEW A word of warning - vans co uk yes the UK warehouse where they ship from is in the Czech Republic Obviously they ve been hit by changes and delays from Brexit but I ordered on the 28th Dec with Express 2-3 day delivery and it took over 3 weeks for my shoes to arrive They could have walked from the Czech Republic quicker When I got in touch with vans they said the delay was due to brexit However when the package arrived I couldn t fault anything with them It s just a shame the communication from Vans was so poor At the moment assume that your package will take anywhere up to a month to arrive If you re happy with that then you ll be OK

I ve only recently started buying shoes and clothes from Vans - to date - very impressed - quick delivery great quality like the style
