Horrible experience with the support
The company is making multiple false promises on their website such as - Free shipping within 24 hours- x amount of cashback after purchase Order the bike now and receive an automatic refund on the payment method of your order These are all big lies After ordering my e-bike it took roughly a week until it was shipped but I had to call them several times and asked them for a status update and remind them on the promise on their website Understandably it takes some time to prepare such a big shipment and I personally think that 1 week is also acceptable but this doesn t change the fact that their promotion is then incorrect Furthermore I have ever since tried to get the promised cashback that should be automatically refunded Via phone it is hard to get ahold of someone and if someone answers all they do is apologize and lie again about taking care of this asap I also asked multiple times for a status update via E-Mail and got some random responses after following up with them numerous times but with no further action I have been waiting for my cashback for almost 4 months now and the customer support fully ignores me On a positive note the bike I bought is great but only because of the customer support and the false promises advertised on their website I would choose a different company the next time

Dont buy from VanSprint
I bought a Cowboy bike from them that arrived with a defective battery and it has been a nightmare ever since VanSprint refuses to refund my money and insists on repairing the battery even though Cowboy customer service confirmed that the battery can only be replaced not repaired To make matters worse new batteries are never in stock and I ve been waiting for three months with no resolution Additionally the company is almost impossible to reach They never pick up the phone and when they do respond to emails it s slow and unhelpful So you can t just drop by It s clear they re dragging my issue out to avoid issuing a refund Don t waste your time or money with VanSprint

DO NOT USE No communication whatsoever How can you run a retail store where you do not answer any customers enquiries Do not reply to emails and never pick up calls Go buy your bike from a reputable bike shop and save yourself some trouble Firstly I did not send 10 emails secondly you never responded anything

Unable to deliver and stock not up to date
Order placed on October 28 2024Bike available delivery within 2 to 5 daysNo follow-up from customer service after numerous reminder emails to find out where my order was I finally received a reply on November 14 2024 saying that the bike was not available I was offered a size S instead of MRefund within 14 days This is unacceptable Move on and order elsewhere

Very friendly service
Very friendly service I am really happy with my ebike and for sure i can only recommend the e shop untill niw iam also happy with the after sales service The people over there help me alot to build my bike Iam waiting to see how that works when start the problems and if they start But for sure until now Iam more then satisfied

I liked e-bike very much It looks as it is in the picture in website When received it was completely assembled although i ordered online and never expected in assembled form Their customer service was also very good Their response was very quick Overall very happy with Vansprint s service
