Non-existant after sales
First the good Very responsive staff Rose during the purchase phase Now the bad Delivery Bike was lying down in the delivery lorry with furniture stacked on it After-sales service Well it s hard to judge something that doesn t exist I have 2 small issues with the bike - that can happen - not necessarily the fault of VanSprint However it appears impossible to get a response from them The phone number rings without ever being answered and no one replies to emails It s deeply frustrating Once they ve made a sale they simply wash their hands of you I won t be buying anything there again

After-sales service
After-sales service non-existent I bought a new Haibike electric mountain bike 4 months ago it hasn t worked from the start and VanSprint does nothing It s incredible Service apr s vente inexistant j ai achet un VTT lectrique Haibike neuf il y a 4 mois il ne fonctionne pas depuis le d but et VanSprint ne fait rien C est incroyable

Unable to deliver and stock not up to date
Order placed on October 28 2024Bike available delivery within 2 to 5 daysNo follow-up from customer service after numerous reminder emails to find out where my order was I finally received a reply on November 14 2024 saying that the bike was not available I was offered a size S instead of MRefund within 14 days This is unacceptable Move on and order elsewhere

I finally got the bike after 3 months
Well I finally got the bike after chasing a lot It took 3 months Clearly they had problems getting some makes of bike I got an econic-one And communication was very poor If you are able to speak to somebody at the company they are as helpful as possible And the website was not up-to-date with respect to stock levels and delivery times The battery and charger failed but it was replaced very quickly and efficiently They seem to have improved a lot since last year The bike itself it ok for the price
