In March I bought a Legend foldable
In March I bought a Legend foldable e-bike and it arrived not functioning Out of the gate the experience was not great since they didn t communicate the delivery details accurately and I had to contact them several times just to understand when the bike would be delivered After nearly 3 weeks the bike arrived and was non-functioning After several weeks of back and forth they agreed to pick up the bike for repair and stated it would be fixed and returned in about 3 to 4 weeks It s now July and I still don t have the bike back and they barely respond to my queries I ve complained to the manager Soufaine a couple of times and he doesn t even bother replying I ve spent 1800 on a bike and have no bike and they ve not even offered a refund I would highly caution anyone to seriously consider purchasing from some other outlet

BE AWARE NOT AN HONEST AND SERIOUS SELLER They do not respect the terms of their return policy I asked for a bike with a specific technical feature Reassured of it by the technical service I made the purchase 18 04 2024 I received an older model without this particular feature I checked with the manufacturing company to confirm my doubt The company told me that I had correctly asked for the return within their return policy of 14 days window Today 04 07 2024 the bike is still in my garage No news from them what so ever after I was also asked to remove my first review promising me to find a solution DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The most horrible webshop experience ever Purchased a bike in june that should have been delivered within a week Three weeks later and a bunch of excuses or new fake delivery deadlines I decided to cancel the order The should refund within 14 days but nothing for 3 weeks Again a bunch of excuses STILL NOT REFUNDED

Unable to deliver and stock not up to date
Order placed on October 28 2024Bike available delivery within 2 to 5 days No follow-up from customer service after numerous reminder emails to find out where my order was I finally received a reply on November 14 2024 saying that the bike was not available I was offered a size S instead of MRefund within 14 days This is unacceptable Move on and order elsewhere

I bought a foldable electric bike on
I bought a foldable electric bike on the 23rd of August since I need a bike for commuting to work The bike came with manufacturing defects on the paint which was chipping in multiple places on the frame After contacting the company on WhatsApp with pictures etc they claimed that they will contact the manufacturer for the issue I received a message after 2 days when they asked for the bike s frame number After this last contact with them I have been trying to get an update but it seems like they are actively avoiding solving the problem According to them they will contact their technician and let me know etc etc Last contact was through their customer service on the phone where a lady promised to call me back on the 5th of September to let me know whether a solution was found Guess what They never called back either Now I have a bike sitting in my living room I can t use for my commute until this is solved if and when It is also unclear to me whether I can simply return it since it arrived with defects and I might be charged for the defects given their customer approach since now I wouldn t buy from this store again Great companies should have great aftersales support and value their customers even after the purchase is done

very bad customer service
very bad customer service after a year the bike screen broke I contacted customer service and they told me they don t have it in stock and when they do they will send it to me almost a month has passed and I haven t received anything I have to buy one with my own money because the bike is still under warranty normally they should have replaced it but they are not in a hurry I will try to contact consumer protection too maybe they can solve it a bit faster I don t recommend Update 27 01 2025 I still don t receive my e-bike screen and lately they don t answer emails anymore I don t recommend anyone to buy because if you have any problem it is very very difficult to solve or it doesn t solve anything

Fat beach bad bike lowrider
I preordered one year and a half ago the Badbike Vintage fat beach with sidecar the dream from a life It was really a long waiting but in corona time you cannot blame anybody In all that period I was always in contact with them for updates communication is very fast Finally I could ride my Tara Godot 4 months ago that is an incredible bike my children are superhappy to ride with me you can even go shopping and fulfilling the sidecar with all your bags I bought separately even the bagagedrager but nobody told me it cannot be set up if the sidecar is on It can be actually set up but I am not sure if it s safe for passenger You can use the bike without sidecar if you want but since it s not easy to link it to the bike i take 30minutes and everytime it scratch the frame behing the seat i prefer to leave it always like a real proper chopper sidecar Since no rainprotection has been invented for sidecar i honestly suggest to keep the bike under a roof and not only a motorbike rain protection fabric because you will find the sidecar full of water so I am sewing a custom one Who loves this kind of bike knows it needs to and wants to pimp it up So thank you vansprint particularly Sheyenne when i ride my electric fat vintage everybody in the street it s amazed to see this fantastic bike Cannot wait the summer to enjoy it more and more
