Like Others, a Long-Time Customer Experience
Like many others, I have been a long-time customer going back to the BCL days. My last order was placed on 9 December 2025. As others have mentioned, the usual Vape IQ account was bypassed and payment was made to Andy B. After sending many emails, some of which received replies, I eventually received my order on 10 January 2026. I do not believe this is a scam, but rather a case of people struggling to keep things running. I hope other customers are able to resolve their issues as well.

As a woman who is on a serious budget, these guys really helped me out. Not only did i receive my order i received 3 bottles extra. I think it was the really nice email i sent them or was it my amazing good looks - at 64 years old i doubt it, so rather the 1st. Fast delivery, 3 days 2nd class and all is good. I have ordered stuff off the internet with 5 star reviews and nothings has arrived so sometimes shi8 happens. order number 19105 Also left a review on your website with the hundreds they have. bye for now x

Bang on liquid and delivery
Received an email to leave a review and here it is. Ordered 05/02 received 07/02 Ordered 5 flavours, need a good steep but once steeped they rival the more expensive prob even better! Delivery was quick, as its mixed fresh i expected a delay but nope, delivered in 2 days. If you are leaving a review because it was late or you didn't get your freebee then f me life for you must be really tough! The amount of liquids these guys must ship out and you are sitting on your PC chair complaining? Great set up, great service will buy next month.

Don t bother unless you like lies and long delivery
These used to be called bestcigliquid They ve renamed to VapeIQ Their products are the same but more expensive and their customer service has gone even further down the swanny to match I thought I d give them a second chance after using them last year paying for 24 hour tracked delivery and my order not been sent for over a week I emailed them and they repeatedly lied saying it had been shipped Thought maybe it was a 1 off Ordered again on the 18th of December their website claimed the 20th was the last chance to order for 24hour delivery I ordered the 18th paid for the 24 hour delivery and only now on the 4th January I ve had my order AFTER I sent an angry email to which they ve not even bothered to reply to My own fault for using them again but even over the Xmas and new year 2 5 weeks for delivery when I ordered BEFORE their Xmas delivery cut off is an absolute p ss take It s not even about Christmas postage it s just pure laziness and bad business Won t have my money again and any one reading this I suggest you spend yours elsewhere Shame as a little bit of honesty and sticking to their own words is all it takes to be a good company I won t even use these liquids now as I don t trust them after having to write a strongly worded email

Absolute joke of a company do not buy from them
Order 16652Placed an order over nearly 3 weeks ago now which they sent to the wrong address by there mistake which is fine because mistakes happen and all that Sent an email to them about it which they replied saying they d sort it out asap Waited a few days and sent multiple emails because I was getting no replyStill over 2 weeks and no email or anything from them So I send an email saying that I ll do a fraud chargeback through my bank if they don t sort it which I get a reply almost instantly saying they d send it out first thing Monday It s passed Monday now and still nothing I ve sent emails and no reply Absolute joke It s not hard to resend 2 bottles of juice at 14 out to me or at least refund me Such a simple fix Avoid buying from here at all cost because they will be happy to grab your money but provide no solution or support if they mess the order up Rubbish company to deal with Not happy at all Oh and another thing I ve found out when checking this company they used to be called Bestcigliquid Go check that trustpilot out for lots of very similar bad reviews
