You need to do the reservation by yourself while using an automatic machine and it it easy All the dishes were served together which meant that the main course was cold by the time you finish the first course The pasta dishes were tasteless It is not recommended to visit the restaurant The prices do not justify the food

Was at Vapiano Paris La D fense and ordered pasta Scampi E Salmone there were two shrimps and a little bit of salmon So mostly it was pasta with cream sauce I have tried Vapiano in several differentplaces and countries but never had so bad a meal

Stupid makes the pasta

Pay your money and these cowboys cant read order I am FED UP receiving incorrect orders and missing items They have NEVER got my order correct Sent me over cooked soggy pasta with no flavour

I made a takeaway order with Vapiano in Tottenham Court Road at 17 40 I was still waiting for the food at 18 09 on the same day Having experienced Vapiano from before where the chefs would cook in front of you this new system is far slower than any place I ve ordered from This is simply unacceptable to be waiting more than half an hour for pasta - a dish that should not take more than 15 minutes

unbelievably shoddy in all aspectsropey ordering - app or mobile site guy couldn t respond when i asked if king prawns were in their shells he said yes they are notclaggy unappetising goo pasta with spinach and partner had a reef salad which was basically a load of lettuce buoyed up by some tough beef and prawns no coffee being served - sunday afternoon in an Italian because the machine was watery just awful all round - servers couldn t give a monkeys chefs going at zero pace producing mediocre cold attempts at Italian cuisineno flexibility on the app - so i couldn t say no cream as lactose intolerantdo not go there unless you are prepared to wait be served randomly and generally have food which is distinctly below par

Such a letdown

Awful experience from a place that used to be great We haven t been to the Manchester branch for a few years but it was always an infallible experience for family and friends Looks as though things have changed quite a bit Slow service and then each of the five pizzas we ordered was wrong The food we did receive was fairly good but the overall experience was terrible We were out for my son s birthday too We were promised a refund but they could tell us how much or when we might receive it Of course now you have to pay upfront which helps them with this Please don t even bother going - save yourself the money and the disappointment
