This business is horrible They only sent half my order I have emailed them several times to ask when I will get the rest of my order but have been totally ignored I will never order from them again If I would have known they were based in China I would have never ordered from them I wish I would have done my research first

Ordered glass tubes and did not receive tracking number in 24 hrs as stated has been 20 days without response Tried emailing their sales department numerous times but emails keep getting returned as undeliverable Also sent messege using their contact us system on web site with no responses either I have filed dispute with my bank to get my money back Don t waste your time with this company
