refused to comply with UK trading standards law
reasonable price and delivery but - an order that went missing in the post 30 was not replaced and refused to refund me My expensive powerpack itaste MVP - 55 developed a fault after 5 months and Vapourmate hid behind 90 day warrenty to not repair or replace it and refused to accept UK consumer law that requires goods to be of a satisfactory quality- at least 6 months in this case- the matter is being dealt with Trading Standards

Purchased a Istick 30w came home read the instructions and put it on charge The instructions said between 2 -5 hours Came back in five hours No charge Checked the security number and this is what I got serial number 8452416003security code 9873 4095 3460 5849 Attention The security code has been checked before This is the second query Please check whether the following queries are done by yourself Latest check history IP 82 132 212 238 time 2018-09-16 00 47 30Your current IP 82 132 212 238Also got no receipt One for Vat Person I believe Be returning it to the shop come Monday will update

VERY DISAPPOINTING
PLEASE STAY AWAY My product innokin t18 ii have stopped working after couple of weeks I emailed them twice about the issue no response I phoned them many times no answer It s very sad to see people doing business only to rob people At the very least they should have decent customer service Shame on you vapourmate for outright robbing people I will be taking this further with ombudsman and others don t be surprised if your business gets shutdown

I received a completely different item to that ordered and no response to my several emails sent in an attempt to rectify the situation Should have read these other reviews first Written off the transaction as a caveat emptor experience

Don t bother
Don t bother Customer Service are rude and the company gives major scam vibes I brought a vape within 5 days the inside charging port had dislodged I contacted them for a refund they asked for lots of pictures of the vape before I had to pay to return it Refused to refund because it had a chip in the bottom and some scratches on the screen didn t come with plastic on the screen which after researching I ve found it unusual I have the vape in my pocket when I walk the dogs so it must be from that I have repeatedly told them I haven t dropped the vape but even if I had it happens - what shouldn t happen is the entire inside dislodging within 5 days Again though didn t drop it Customer service is unprofessional and they clearly just don t do refunds 5 days of use for 50 After researching some blogs say that businesses sometimes refurb vapes and send them out which I guess might be what s happened here very disappointed I wanted to support a smaller business but I m just going to go back to Vape Superstore I ve never had any issues with their vapes

Strange but True
I m at a loss for words I placed an order and received a confirmation with an order number Then I received another email with a tracking number stating that the order had been dispatched However the money was unexpectedly refunded to my account a few days later Shortly after I received an email asking for a review of my order When I checked the tracking number I saw that the parcel still hadn t shipped While I appreciate getting my money back it was surprising since there was no notification of the refund I only noticed it by accident while checking my bank account It s a peculiar way of doing business but I believe it is a legitimate company since I did receive my money back
