Wonderful to feel valued as a Customer right from first contact After explaining my requirement s I was transferred to the Technical Department here I was Greeted Listened to The assistance was first class from design laying out to the finer points of installation The product delivery was well structured communication was great with timing down to AM PM on the day being previously notified The delivery was well managed with assistance being rendered nothing was to much trouble This Company excelled itself in all aspects Well done for rendering such a Great Customer Service Thank You

Ordered 5 x3mt bronze tint 10mm

Ordered 5 x3mt bronze tint 10mm polycarbonate roofing sheets thought was being supplied by varico ltd but the sheets came directly form Molan who actually manufacture them After unwrapping I found that all the edges were different some had a fly finish others had the flutes different lengths So after a call to varico technician I was told to trim or have them replaced well as the conservertry had no roof pressed on with the job and trimmed most of the edges After you have installed you then take off the protective film on both sides That was when I found two of the sheets were not tinted correctly ie missing tint Sent pictures to varico but have never had a reply Very disappointed with the finished job and varico lack of response Would not recommend as they have no QC as they never see what you have bought Varico have acknowledged my order and are talking to their supplier Will update with the outcome Today 29th April I have spoken to Martin and resolved the matter to both our satisfactions so have now given 5stars for the way the company has investigated the problem
