Very poor service I ordered two sets with two additional displays When the shipment arrived one display was missing and I immediately wrote to the company A month later I still haven t received the display When they take the money everything is fine when there is a problem created by them you can t find it they don t respond or respond but don t do anything

I used Varstrom twice now 3 years ago and a week agoThe best way is to chat with them via their web chat keeping in mind they are on HK time not UK time I ordered the BSS02b 750w with a 20Ah battery and it arrived 3 days after order 27th in the morning 30th in the afternoon on my first order they replace a burned out battery connector and were always very help full
