We had a great quote for the work a very efficient and expert installation and amazing tailor made support for any teething issues none of them caused by problems with Vchrgd charger but by me the user not understanding it all and making mistakes The support has been expert patient and efficient every time and the advisors so passionate about the company and giving good service that they work day and night to provide adequate support to clients They deserve to do so well especially at something that is so important for the environment

Tremendous customer service I have had reason to contact tech support on a number of occasions Each time the support I have had has been prompt and swiftly solved the problem -sometimes caused by me not the kit Everything is always explained clearly in easy to understand language - no tech jargon used The person providing the advice is always patient so I never feel stupid making the calls or rushed Would definitely recommend the charger to anyone buying a plug-in car
