Charged money for order which has never been placed due to system error on veepee side Three months later I still don t have my money nor any explanation when or if I receive it back Avoid

The previous experiences had been okay until a few weeks ago Almost 200 euro was taken from my account The order was however not created Now their customer service stopped replying to me Don t go for them before it is too late

A really bad customer service any guarantee on the items you buy so BE AWARE AND DON T BUY HERE I recently purchase here a parit of Puma shoes with Veepee and I muss share my dissatisfaction with the customer service to help other people with my experience and that they don t buy anything on this page because they don t mind about customers In my case after washing the shoes following exactly as indicated the instructions from the official Puma s web page the shoes shanrk significantly When i reached out to te CS for assistance and guarantee their late response was that they cannot do anything Shoes with less of 4 5 months purchase already damaged and they can not do anything I doubt of the originality of those products if they are really from Puma I hope my feedback can lead to improvements on ther service and make other customer aware to buy on this site web that take no responsibility on their products

This company is practically a scam as they can only make money on the shipping costs they charge They deliberately split the orders into multiple items so they can charge more shipping costs and also charge the same costs again if you want to return something since their policy is to charge 5Eur for each return that is less then 40Eur And since the initial order is split over multiple shipments it is almost always impossible to combine those returns into one return shipment of 40Eur so you have to pay 5Eur for each returned item and at the end of the day it s not worthwhile to return anything since you hardly get any money back after paying all those multiple 5Eur charges Never again buying anything from this piece of crap company

Slow delivery No updates from the shipping available

I made a purchase the 8 of november Today is 28 of November and my order still pendant It takes too long the deliver that I do not need my products anymore

Why on earth

Why on earth You try to cancel your order 2 days after you placed it But they don t manage to get it cancelled and after whole 8 days you see the order is still there and after whole 8 days they didn t have time to cancel it and the order is on the way to me Why is that so complicated

No scam but horrible customer experience

There was no scam but just a really bad customer experience When there is so much offer on the Internet I will for sure not order here again and look for what I need somewhere else Shipping costs are high normally in Germany you don t pay any shipping at all over a certain amount Money was paid immediately but the order took over a month to arrive Things we not all fitting us so we wanted to return some of the items Finding the way to do the return was crazy we spent so much time to figure out how it works on their website and it was extremely complicately and hidden to discourage customers from returning I suppose If you send things back you have to pay again They will not give you back the full value of the items you returned We had to pay 5 Euros additionally to be able to return things that did not fit us This is unseen in any other business I will never use this service again I guess it is fine if you are ordering an object you are entirely sure you want to keep But I d rather just look somewhere else

High delivery cost

I buy at Veepee because there are a few brands that I like that are often promoted there However I do find the delivery cost too high with EUR6 90 per delivery no matter how much the order is Veepee really stands out on this matter compared with other shopping websites and in a negative way What s more in a recent order I was charged an additional EUR 4 50 for return delivery Unless the delivery cost changes I will not consider order again

Great Products Expensive Shipping

Most of the products sold by Veepee are of very high quality However delivery takes ages It s very rare that an order is delivered within a week after the date of purchase I bought Samsonite suitcase on 13th August 2024 Today 27th August is when I received an email notifying me that it has been dispatched Other than the delays in delivery the cost of shipping Versandkosten is way too high on Veepee I ordered children s clothes from Losan and Gap at the same time Shipping was 9 99 for this ONE order Losan charged me 5 01 to deliver one baby dress while Gap charged me 4 98 to deliver two items I find this unacceptable Why should delivery costs be split for one order I would have given this review a 4 but I think Veepee needs to work on the issues outlined above

Shipping Cost Is Too High

I have bought so many items from Veepee The fact is that shipping is very expensive Very unreasonably expensive Other than that it also takes very long weeks for orders to be delivered A samsonite suitcase that I bought on 13th August 2024 will be delivered today on 29th August The products on the other hand are of high quality
