Avoid Quick to take money but won t address errors
I placed an order on 21st March there were issues on the website but I contacted the team and they were able to assist with my order I then received my order on 24th March 2023 all the frozen goods arrived defrosted and had to be eaten within 24-48 hours The Omni Golden Fillets Plant-Based Fried Fish-Style Fillets had an expiry date of 7th January 2023 I contacted Vegan Kind to get a refund for the out-of-date and defrosted goods on 23 24 and 28 March and I am still awaiting a response They quickly resolved the payment issue on their website but they need to be swifter in addressing the out-of-date and defrosted food Please avoid this company

Spent an hour picking my xmas vegan goodies You can t create an account though They have have a login code instead Problem being that they have nowhere you can use the login code to actually log in though

Still waiting for my delayed order but not having any updates or communication
I placed an order for multiple items on the 16th Dec 3 days later I was notified the most expensive item in my order is out of stock and will be delivered first week of Jan 2025 It is 10th Jan already and I am still waiting for updates or ideally my refund which I requested 2 days ago Very poor communication

Everything arrived on time and was well-packed I must say it was a very good experience They have lots of products to choose from and the prices of some products are excellent
