What a FANTASTIC shop Beautiful hard-wearing boots and shoes I work in a museum walking kilometres every week around four floors - and that s without consideration of the trips to and from work I bought a pair of Timbercats almost 3 years ago - and I m just replacing them now with a pair of black Chelseas And I can t wait for them to arrive Don t hesitate These boots and shoes are beautifully made and the fit is AMAZING I HIGHLY recommend the company FANTASTIC staff FAST dispatch and their outstanding products

Absolutely fantastic customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service Twice I ve had shoes that didn t quite fit and have I have messed up the return process completely my fault and they provided flawless polite friendly and flexible customer service I have sent them an e-mail thanking them have posted it on facebook in a local veggie group I m part of but wanted to make sure they get FULL credit because other companies aren t nearly as good

The shoes I ordered were sized incorrectly This was a manufacturer s mistake and not due to any error on my part It was not a slightly small fitting shoe which is the opposite of what they advertise as but at least two full sizes too small When I emailed the company with pictures side by side my shoes showing the difference they were absolutely unhelpful and uncaring about the issue and only offered an exchange if I returned the shoes and paid for shipping out of pocket which would cost over half the price of the shoes I know for a fact that it is significantly cheaper for the company to ship things to the US than it is for me to try to ship them back to the UK Most companies would have offered to either ship another pair of correctly sized shoes for no cost a store credit or at the very least provided some sort of shipping voucher or offered to pay the shipping in order to have the shoes exchanged It really is unfortunate that the quality control for manufacturing is obviously seriously lacking considering the high price point I need slip resistant shoes for my job and non-animal options are between doc martens and canvas shoes that will fall apart but I honestly could have bought two brand new pairs of docs for how much I ve spent and not had to worry about the sizing issues returns I would rather spend a little more for an ethical option but I feel like I was completely ripped off

I ordered the Amy sandal as new work shoes I am a nurse They are a wide fitting but not advertised as such On trying to return these there is no return label So not only did I have the privilege of paying p p in the first place I also had to pay to send them back And for their poor advertising of the product Wont be buying from them again I found a similar product for 35 from schuh free delivery and a returns label was enclosed

Poor return policy

Have one of the only vegan female work boot with a steel toe that I could find it is stiff and uncomfortable and I would not suggest buying anything if you re in the US because they have a bad return policy you ll end up spending more on postage to send it back then you d get in the return and these shoes are by no means cheap so essentially if you live in the US all shoes are final sale better to just try buying from a different company with better return policies So sad to see had been so excited to get a pair of vegan work boots I spent so long trying to see all the options turns out I chose the wrong company

Bought a set of they re work boots was like walking on solid rock imitation leather started to peal and look like card board after a few weeks I generally like to support vegan products but I had to stop wearing these because the pain in my feet was just to much I felt completely ripped off they work even advertised as having a cushioned sole which was frankly a complete lie
