Ordered 8 weeks ago no bag no answer from customer service This company is a scam

I waited for the bag for a month

I waited for the bag for a month almost It did finally arrive The tracking didnt work for the package at all so I had no idea of where the package was going I did try to contact them about it but received no reply There is no customr sercive It was wrapped in plastic which you wouldnt expect from a company that claims to care about enviorement Obviously made in china The outside of the bag seems alright but the zipper and inside of the bag are very cheap One of the pockets inside was also not straight The smell of the bag is unbearable And my now apartment reeks from some toxic plastic I m very dissapointed Do not order from this company If you search with the phone number they give you on the website you can also find that they have couple other websites selling bubble guns and shaving products plus yoga matts gunbubbles com and buzzercut com and korkyoga com are the sited This seems shady to me So I wouldnt order anything from those websites either

It s a scam I never received the bag The customer service is non existent I tried to reach them but never got an answer I m now trying to get my money back

I ordered a black TINKIN backpack It came wrapped in bubble wrap stuffed inside an envelope For a vegan company that cares about the planet you d think they d use some sustainable packaging Anyway that isn t my main complaint The big one is that the bag was covered in some really toxic material which I m allergic too and the inside zipper was broken I wrote to them to ask if there is anything I can do with the scent and zipper They didn t reply A few days later using their website s contact form I emailed asking to return the bag They never responded I wrote to them on Facebook contacted them on Instagram No reply So although they have a 100 satisfaction guarantee they won t assist you at all in returning the bag They also deleted my comments on Facebook and Instagram so other customers can t be warned The whole interaction has made me think this is caring vegan company is actually vegan-wash marketing - the company is not based in Sweden it does not allow you to return products it s not of high quality products it is not an ethical company So I really just want to warn any other shoppers out there who try buy from genuine ethical small businesses that this is not one of those They have 0 customer service and are 100 dishonest when it comes to their return policy Do not shop here

SLOW delivery NO customer service

I was waiting my order for 7 weeks When I wrote to customer service they ignored it I had no answer The delivery was a bit strange it seems to me they delivered bag from China trough Nederlands The company is not based in Sweden thats for shure The bag was wrapped in plastic But quality seems ok but I have to admit - bag has very specific strong smell I put it out on balcony after one night smell is not so strong anymore I really hope the bag will serve well

Scam I ordered a bag on May 12 4 months later it has not arrived I sent 5 emails and called 20 times but no one answered me and no refund

Not responding to return request

The company is not responding to my return requests so that s 125 euros of goods I want to return and I m unable to get my money back for I will keep chasing until I get a response Editing with updates I kept emailing and sent Vegia Bags a final return request with a warning before legal action and I received a refund from Vegia Bags a few days later Note that Vegia Bags sent a refund and not a return label which makes me think they either don t have a proper return system in place or the cost of production for these bags sold at 60 euros per item but clearly made in China is inferior to the cost of postage Shocking In case this helps anyone in the future the EU Consumer Directive allows consumers a right of withdrawal from their purchase within 14 days of the purchase so you can take legal action if the retailer is not responding to such requests

No response to my request to return

The bag I received was poor quality and I ve emailed the company twice to try and arrange a return but they ve not responded It s been three weeks so I m concerned I won t be able to return the item
