Use to be terrible - now fabulous - customer service

Used to be terrible customer service I would write to Finn Jesperen the MD and not receive any repy but he s now left and gone to Insead hopefully to study good manners and customer service Now October 2020 under Dovista Customer Service has become 5star Communication by phone and email is very efficient and APW Servicing who carry out the work are brilliant

We are doing a full house renovation and I was told by several people that Velfac are amazing but very expensive I thought there s no harm in trying and getting quote Angie who I ve dealt with since initial contact has been amazing and has made it possible for us to replace all doors and windows with Velfac and fit just within our budget We are only at final ordering stage but so far all is great and very excited that we will have what I believe to be one of the best products on the market Brilliant service

Superb service

Eddy from ASD Servicing came today and he was highly efficient helpful and went the extra distance to make sure our replacement window was fitted just as we wanted it Thank you

Miles and his colleague brilliant

Bought a new build house the doors needed adjusting Miles and his colleague came to do the work great communications very tidy work they had to remove all 4 windows of bifolds and I must say they have never opened and closed as good since we bought the house so thank you guys excellent 5 stars

Arrived on time and despite no phone signal so couldn t contact me Eddy carried out the repair and replacement work and tested the repair with one of our Hall users When he was able he phoned me to confirm the work was done as specified and checked I was happy with the job All good thanks

Excellent customer service Happy to answer all my queries even though the previous owner had installed the doors and windows over ten years ago They keep records of all orders so easy to match colours and find replacement parts I recommend

I wanted to wait until our windows and doors had been installed before leaving this review I can now say that from beginning to end the Velfac experience has been first class From meeting with Kerry in Kettering to being guided through the technical process by Helen support was on hand at every stage The Velfac approved installer Viewnique was also very good We ordered about 24 windows and doors for a new build project and the combination of quality value and service has been excellent Very pleased and thank you to all involved at Velfac
