Whilst we might be tempted to make internet-shopping decisions in price I think customer service is much more important I placed an order that the shipper apparently lost They sent out tracking details but the package was lost somewhere in the system Stuart in Customer Service called me explained the issue and fixed it he put another item in the post via a different shipper and I received it within 48 hours - no qualms that I might receive two items and abscond - we ll address that later he said The day after I received the item he followed up with email to confirm receipt I ll be shopping Velorution again and again and again Thank you
