I absolutely love ordering from this company Not only do they have cute phone cases but their customer support is amazing Ordered from them yesterday and the address had been misspelled popped them an email and got a reply the next day stating it would be sorted Their cases are very affordable also

I don t usually leave reviews but wanted to let others know of the positive experience I had with this brand I ordered a phone case and was skeptical of what the end product would actually be like based on what I d read here I m happy to report the case arrived in a timely manner was the correct product and the quality was a lot higher than expected Would definitely order from them again

Can t find any small company better

I have purchased from Velvet Caviar for around 3 years now My oldest case being that old The original case I purchased is amazing I worked in a kitchen dealing with steam and barely now the small star details are barely starting to peel but it isnt the design thats peeling its a clear protective coating to prevent scratching on the design It was pretty protective considering the low price Anyway I recently upgraded to the s23 ultra and my gosh the shipping time was incredibly fast just chose standard and the detail is beautiful I don t know what these other reviews are talking about but I have only ever had positive experiences with this company and will continue to recommend them

I ve ordered twice from this company recently and absolutely love my phone cases I was surprised to read some negative comments tbh I m UK based and had no issues with shipping at all Takes around 10 days to arrive from the US Would not hesitate to use them again

I ordered 2 cases from Velvet Caviar back when I was still using iphone XS The quality was great Both cases were holding up fine for over 4 years I have recently upgraded to iphone 14 Pro so I ordered another case from Velvet Caviar The Coffee First clear phone case which is currently on sale 40 off regular price I live in Australia and delivery is reasonably quick It arrived within 7 working days with Fedex I love the quality and feel of my new case The case looks sturdy well made and pretty to look at Thanks Velvet Caviar

I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered on September 2nd to Germany The ordered got delivered to the wrong places somewhere in Salt Lake City USA on September 16th Not Germany Since then I wrote emails to them where they needed to investigate and they can t do anything before then They offered a refund and I told them several times I want my money back I didn t get any replies back Now they have simply sent the package off again I opened a case via PayPal That s not the way a customer should be treated

took them 2 weeks to ship it which i thought was already frustrating enough but then i see that it s been wrongly delivered to some place in salt lake city america when the shipping address said AUSTRALIA i sent them 2 emails about it and almost a week later i finally received a reply where they told me there s a recent shipping restriction to australia which honestly sounds like bullsh t to me bc i ve ordered stuff from other overseas companies lately and have received them without any problem the customer service person told me they re processing a re-shipment but i m not holding my breath if there s an apparent restriction how the hell is it gonna be different from the first time i m probably just gonna contact paypal to hopefully get my money back i ordered from them once before a few years ago and everything went smoothly so idk if this lack of competency is new or if i was just lucky the first time but its insane coming from a company this large popular
