Your excellent service made our trip to Italy so much more enjoyable We loved the ease of getting our wheelchairs delivered to our first hotel and picked up at a different hotel 15 days later We were particularly impressed with your immediate response within an hour and a half for a second chair when another of our party started having knee trouble during our stay We could not have asked for any better service And your prices were great I hope your business will continue to grow and that you will be able to communicate in English a little better so more English speaking customers will avail themselves of your excellent service We can t wait for our return trip to Italy and will look you up for our mobility needs Thank you

My mother s wheelchair was broken in the flight over After a quick google search I decided to go with VEMrent because of their high ratings The chair was good quality and handled the cobblestones of Rome really well The process was really convenient as they dropped off and picked up at the hotel and the concierge managed everything I d definitely use this company again
