Craig is an honest and reliable operator who acts with integrity Much of his fees are absorbed within the better marketing and commission that he helps you negotiate with the agent and what you do end up paying is transparent and I think fair His services resulted for us in peace of mind and confidence in the selling process I can t comment on whether they resulted in a better sale price since that is impossible to know Happy to recommend especially for those with uncertainty or stress about the vending process
