Unfair pricing
I was a member for years paying one price and for personal reasons had to stop going for many months and when I returned I was told have the sane level 2 membership I would pay more to have the pool and sauna and soa included and I could pay a different level two with much less for what I was paying for before which is still much more than friends of mine pay fir that same level of membership Level two is level two and a member who was unable to come for a few months should be able to return and have the same as what you have always had which I actually never use but would like to if I want to

Find Another Gym
I am a middle age over weight female I see no one at the gym that comes close to looking like me When waiting for staff to check in make a purchase or ask a question I have been ignored on more than one occasion They see me but do not help me It is not an inviting environment If I was not locked into a year contract I would not go back
