Excellent Service both before and after purchase

We have known the guys at Venture for some years and had always hoped that when the time was right for us to buy a motorhome we would be able to buy it from them Our recent retirement meant the time was right and we gave them quite a specific list of criteria to fulfil but they found just the right one for us There were inevitably a few teething problems as we got to grips with how everything worked but I can honestly say that their after sales service has so far been excellent We have already recommended them to 2 sets of neighbours

We had a fantastic experience at Venture Caravans When we arrived we were greeted by Dave who gave us lots of information about the campervan we d come to view and he showed us how everything worked and gave us a little demo of things like the bed and the seats etc Once we decided we wanted to take the plunge a date was arranged for us to collect the van and we were given time to look around it and make sure we were happy with everything A couple of days beforehand we were sent some short videos from Dave with our handover and a demo of the pop top and seats The videos were excellent and a great thing to be able to keep and refer back to when needed which were especially helpful for our first couple of trips We would definitely highly recommend them

Having had a bad experience with another Campervan company it was a pleasure dealing with all at Venture Caravans They were very helpful and gave me as much time as I wanted The van itself couldn t be better exactly what I was looking for

Ben was a great salesman to deal with not pushy or arrogant He allowed us to look around the campers at our own pace and answered all our questions - I would recommend him anytime We were regularly kept up to date with the progress of the van we asked for a few extras to be fitted and it was ready to collect on the day promised In the 3 weeks we have owned the camper we have had 2 wonderful long weekends away - buying it from Venture was the best decision we have made in a long time Geof Didcot

Great selection of vans to compare on site along with very knowledgeable staff Ben made buying from this company easy We spent nearly 4 hours looking and asking all sorts of questions and even stopped for a breather in a nearby pub but we never felt under pressure to buy and all our questions were answered with patience Van is great and after 4 short test excursions we now feel equipped to take on some longer trips abroad if you are considering buying a VW Camper then go to Venture Caravans and look at the RedLine conversions

Successful lockdown purchase

I reserved a used caravan during lockdown so had not seen it until the day I visited to hopefully confirm the purchase and pick it up As a first time buyer this was a little stressful but Venture Ben in particular were very understanding and professional allowing me time and space to check it over without pressure I did purchase and am very pleased with the van and the sales service from Venture Although they are not the nearest dealer to me I plan to use them again for servicing

Just had my VW camper in for a habitation service solar panel and to look at squeaking in the pop up roof Staff were extremely helpful everything was done all in a day which made my life easier as I had come from Essex I would definitely recommend and will be using again

We are newbies to the caravan world and Dave Webb at venture caravans was fantastic He went through everything with us extremely helpful and knowledgeable He answered all our questions even silly ones and communication was second to none Highly recommend venture caravans and will definitely be returning when we are looking to purchase a new caravan
