In almost two years I ve never had a booking at my venue but had to pay a fortune in fees Biggest waste of money Avoid

It s a total scam We ve gotten zero bookings in 6 months and we re tied to a 12 month contract which they won t let us out of Whatever you do don t go into business with VenueScanner

complete rip off

paid over 2000 for a listing fee to generate bookings for the restaurant and other spaces we have and in a year had no business at all from them Other businesses in our area were getting the same booking enquiries as we were Its a total con had to cancel my card to stop paying as we weren t allowed out of the contract

Scam for users as well

You ll see various reviews of unfortunate businesses that have signed up for this company s service It s also a scam for users - I entered a load of details and was promised an email with a list of responses Instead I am being chased to have a call with someone to discuss my needs further This is absolutely not what is promised on their homepage so this appears to be another reason to assume that this company is simply not trustworthy

I ve just come to the end of my contract with this company and it was a battle from start to finish I wish I had seen these reviews when I first started dealing with Venue Scanner as they are 100 true We have had barely any bookings from them and the enquires we did get were not even relevant for the my venue I have invested over 2K and for a small independent business in an already struggling industry and market its money I can t afford to just throw away

Trying to get 2 venues listed happy to pay whats needed but they don t call or reply to emails Think they may have gone bust so be careful

Do not use this company Complete waste of money Very poor customer service taking no responsibilty for not delivering on any of the promises they made The worst thing is they tie you into a 12 month contract Avoid using this company We are on the elite plan and in 8 months we have not taken one single booking The intial speel is its takes time to get to know your business and generate bookings Well we are an events venue have had plenty of bookings but not one through Venue Scanner Dont throw your money away folks

Poor experience for our venues

Incredibly frustrating especially after the amount of time and money and nothing to show for it Annoyed that we were sold this service with promises of bookings only to find that these expectations haven t been met We ve tried to end our agreement but can t get anywhere Definitely haven t seen the value we were promised
