After seeing the Instagram advert I was very excited about using the product I used the shade match online and it was absolutely rubbish I ordered two different shades and one of the shades caused me an allergic reaction I tried contacting customer services and they said to me I can only return one shade I can t return to shades because apparently the refund policy is is that you can only refund one shade which I was not aware of but the products have caused me an allergic reaction to which customer services are saying they re not going to help me and only refund me for one so guys please be aware before you place your order The shade mat is absolutely rubbish And customer services are absolutely useless

I ve been using VeraLab products for 2 years and they are just great I love Relaxing Oil Mask Olio denso Siero Defence and Zero Stress which are perfect for my sensitive but combination skin For body I especially suggest Slim me and Mad Mud Mad Mud Dren they really do what they promise Sales assistants are very skilled helpful and kind I love this brand and can t wait to try other products
