I don t think they are ready to handle
I don t think they are ready to handle online eCommerce yet I ordered a pair of gloves to send to my mother and the order was held up because there system required verification of the addresses because the billing and shipping address was different This delayed the order from being processed by about a week I had to call and make sure they put the order through in their system which the very nice lady did it took another week for them to process and ship the order Then after another 4 days UPS has it out for delivery and they say the address provided by the shipper is incomplete or incorrect I double checked the order with Vermont Country Store and it is complete and correct Finally I had to go into UPS app and supply additional address information to see if they can deliver it So now going on 3 weeks waiting for a pair of winter gloves to be delivered and the kicker is I paid for 2 day express delivery

I don t know who they are but they started sending me their ads in my email and unsubscribing does no good I ve relegated them to spam This does not inspire trust

Someone stole my card details and made purchases on this site After contacting customer service Michelle M to block the transaction the money was returned to my account Thank you
