Desk never arrived Phoned customer service which was absolutely disastrous They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and their trained responses are I m sorry and to wait This company uses the worst possible delivery company XDP Overall they are completely useless Avoid at all costs This companies main export is headaches

Trust the bad reviews

1 Bought their most expensive L-shape executive standing desk and matching file cabinet Delivery process was beyond annoying multiple different boxes coming from multiple hubs daily for over a week or so HORRIBLY packaged all boxes had holes dents etc in them You could put your fist through a box if you wanted to which should be able to happen with a 2 000 product 2 Their statements and highly edited youtube videos as to this taking minutes to assemble are complete lies I am super handy strong male Literary 8-12 hours for the desk and then some more for the file cabinet3 File cabinet I almost ended up throwing out as it barely stays together They have some of those locking round metal screws that are supposed to lock bolts in place except they don t ZERO of them did So the cabinet is staying by magic but will fall apart if I place any weight on it Same assembly methods from IKEA lock up in such ways that you d have to use a sledge hammer to separate absolutely day and night as to quality 4 I am over 6 foot male When standing up their privacy panel is hanging somewhere up in the air not serving any purpose like half short of what should be AND when bringing desk down there is nothing to guide the panel so ends up in front of desk instead of behind I emailed customer service ten 10 days ago today telling them about the crappy privacy panel and telling them they can either send me 1 more free it s made out of freaking felt paper by the way OR I d be willing to pay for 1 more this way I would connect the 2 to come up with the right length There is NO option on their web to purchase this part hence I contacted them Got 1 response that they d get back to me but nobody did 10 days If you good folks buyers out there think that anyone would ever honor a 15 year warranty from these jokesters think again

This company is beyond incompetent

This company is beyond incompetent I ordered a desk from this company and they sent it missing multiple crucial piece s after asking for a proper solution for the issue I was issued a replacement item and the advice of putting up the desk in an unsafe manner I didn t receive the additional pieces to the product until three weeks past and they were also the incorrect pieces When asked for a refund the company gave me the run around 1 10

I purchased the executive 60 inch desk The size is perfect for my home office The desk is very sturdy the motor to raise and lower seems high quality There were 5-6 boxes that arrived I was surprised at how easy it was to assemble Highly recommend for those looking for a standing desk that looks more similar to a standard modern desk
