I would not purchase from this company again First my order is over two months late They initially promise delivery within 10 days but that claim is completely false Only after I reported the issue to my credit card company did they finally start taking action on my order Now they re telling me that I need a forklift to unload the delivery myself as they don t handle unloading This lack of transparency and support is beyond frustrating I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect timely delivery and straightforward service I ll continue disputing this situation until it s fully resolved
