Worst insurance company in Germany by far They treat us disrespectfully after signing the contract they lasted checking our last insurance company and after two month they rise the original price over more than 600 eur and the worst point of all is that they didnt get us the option to cancel so now we are obligated to be one year with them paying 1300 eur for a third party insurance for a small van Last but not least some people of the customer service treat us in a very ugly way for not being germans and dont speak on a fluently way we are spainsh and the funny point is that the Verti original brand is from my country Not recommended at all

they offer you very bad service First you have to wait for longtime until they reply and answer if you have done an accident you have to wait 20-30 min second very rude team specially in the Schaden-Hotline If you want to ask about an information they treat you badly and don t offer a good explanation the quality of service doesn t deserve the amount of money that we pay every month Stay away from them

I cannot warn people strongly enough to avoid this company To renew my policy with them for a second year they offered me a premium around 100 higher than if I was a new customer I wrote to them to ask for an explanation and was given no explanation except a new offer lower but still significantly higher than if I d been a new customer I decided to switch to another company Verti wrote to tell me that because I was leaving they would tell my new insurer that my SF-Klasse was 1 year despite never having had an accident since I got my driving licence in 2003 This is nothing other than effectively lying about customers in order to strongarm them into staying with the company I would urge people to avoid this company and their deeply unpleasant way of doing business

This is the only insurance who doesn t accept SF class No claim bonus from abroad I have been living in 6 countries so far never had an issue with car insurance I guess because Verti would have to give me lower premium but it seems this company is money oriented Now because they gave me lower SF class every insurance afterwards giving me lower class therefore I pay more It was a mistake to sign up with this company Also they do not reply to emails and if they do only after several weeks

I have very bad bad experience with verti so far when I was purchasing insurance they mentioned that they will help in english Now when an incident happened and i try to contact them then no one of their custom support speak english and they does not even care about the situations of the customer After paying to some German translator I was able to report incident with their custom support Now its been a week I have report from Gutachter for my claim and their claim department is not responing to call I tried for 1 hours even but none of custom support even care never saw such a bad customer service Even they are not responding to customer emails I have sent them many for weeks but no reply at all
