Vessel Batteries die in 6 months
I purchased the expensive flagship model for top dollar It worked great for 6-months and 22 days then broke The battery no longer would charge Vessel will not stand behind their product It only has a very short 6 month warranty So I was out of luck The warranty length underscores the fact that this is a poorly built product and prone to break 6-months is nothing Keep your money and buy a 10 battery they will probably work even longer

Horrible Company Stay Away
I have multiple products from this company Aesthetically they look nice Quality in products and service is devoid completely Batteries won t hold a charge after a month or two of use The compass battery has been sent to me multiple times with manufacturer defects magnets not installed the spring connector piece stays erect preventing a connection with any 510 cartridge and the customer service is either non-existent or they are condescending and refuse to acknowledge their products faults blaming the customer with pre-planned excuses This company is horrible They make horrible products that arrive not working or break within a few months They have horrible customer service

Expensive junk product
Love the expedition pen I purchased That being said the first pen failed in 3 months Was set a replacement that pen died failed within 2 months The issue with all the pens is that they stop drawing I was sent a replacement for that one I bought a different expedition pen and that pen failed after 5 months A replacement was sent Both replacement pens failed in less than a year but only have 6 month warranty So that is 5 pens that failed in under a year Emailed customer service and was told no replacement as pen was past 6 month for warranty They included a a 20 discount seriously why would ever buy this again I believe they are suppressing bad reviews as my review is not showing up after 5 days since I submitted the review Customer service has stopped responding to emails I find it hard to believe that they have very little negative reviews The majority of complaints in negative reviews indicated that unit had failed I am curious what the actual failure rate of their products is Im sure the 6 month warranty is really based on the high failure rate so they can cut their losses from junk products

Customer Service 0 stars
Received a wrong item and unfortunately the only way to reach customer support is via email They took 3 days to respond just to tell me that the return of the wrong item would need to be confirmed before shipping out the correct item One big problem they sent the wrong label for the return so now I have to wait even longer for them to fix it Absolutely awful customer service They do not care about fixing their own mistakes and good luck getting timely responses from them about their own mistakes

Horrible company they know Canada post
Horrible company they know Canada post is on strike they send my package through them now they won t refund my money until strike is resolved But every other company that cares about there customers use other shipping methods not Vessel they take your money then send your package to canada post that hold it ransom there crooks

I recently ordered a Compass First I have to say it was packaged beautifully You feel you are opening something special because of the weight and detailed packaging After less than 2 weeks though it developed a problem rendering it unusable I am unsure if it was the product the cart or what precisely started the issue I contacted Customer Support and they were outstanding They were prompt with their replies courteous and solved the problem quickly and efficiently I was sent a new Compass Because of my great experience with CS I am a customer and cheerleader for life
