When it s time to say goodbye

When it comes to saying goodbye to your beloved pet it s always a traumatic time I didn t want to say goodbye on a vet s table and my vet didn t do home visits I searched the Internet and came across this company I rang and was greeted by a very sympathetic lady Kara Soan to say she made the whole process less painful would be a very accurate description She was kind and very reassuring and answered all of my questions A vet called Steve was put in place to visit later in the day giving us time to spend our last few hours with our pet When Steve arrived he was amazing Quietly spoken and very kind and full of sympathy He was just so gentle and made the whole process nearly bearable I cannot recommend him enough Kara had advised me of a company that would arrange transfer and cremation afterward I didn t have to even contact them as Kara did everything They were here before Steve had left but waited quietly outside without my knowing and only came in when we were ready The cremation took place and our dear pet was returned a few days later in a beautiful casket of our choice Thank you
