Saying goodbye to a much loved family

Saying goodbye to a much loved family pet when the time comes can be a really traumatic experience Yesterday we had that experience But I have to write about the thoughtful and considerate approach that everyone showed us at the Sprowston Norwich branch of Vets4Pets The vet James was exceptional and the reception staff showed us the utmost kindness At no point did we ever feel that they didn t have our pets best interests at the heart of their advice We have used Vets4Pets for the past 10 years and I would like to add that both the Longwater and Sprowston branches are staffed by professionals motivated solely by the care of animals I hope they get to read this review

Visited the Carlisle branch in Stanwix

Visited the Carlisle branch in Stanwix today Receptionist was lovely and welcoming and the vet made my dog Leo feel very at ease as he gets very anxious visiting the vets Superb professional and excellent service from the vet Her leg was strapped up from being kicked by a cow however that didn t stop her fantastic service and professionalism towards my dog Highly recommended this veterinary practice

I have been using vets 4 pets Slough for three years The while team are absolutely outstanding I have to mention Renee the vet who is absolutely fantastic with my dog Harley and has helped us through some very uncertain times with him However they are all amazing and I don t know what I would do without thier support and compassion Well done guys X

Fantastic service from the staff at Hamilton Scotland Vets4pets Our JRT took ill on holiday Reception staff couldn t have been more helpful Appointment with Vet Frances within a couple of hours Frances was brilliant and one of the best vets I have ever met First class treatment

Cottonwood- vet nurse Holly is an actual angel towards animals and this store are SO lucky to have her because of her beautiful kindness I have registered my newly adopted dog here She is kind genuine looked after my beautiful Evee whilst having dental work and I truly appreciated her for putting my mind at rest

My shihtzu had to have a lump removed from her tail The staff at Darlington Vets4Pets were first class They show a real concern and love for my pooch and I know they really care about her well being They are fab vets to use

Vets4Pets in St Helens - amazing Our dog Buster is one of the family and as an older guy 14 he s obviously starting a little more susceptible to illness and issues I ve taken Buster to see two different vets at this practice Clara and Clare and both are fantastic From the calming way they speak to the animals they see to the re-assurance they provide sensible advice and treatment plans I cannot thing of a single fault The other staff there I m terrible with names sorry are also amazing They know that a sick animal is very stressful for their owners and they are able to reassure and assist without making things feel worse Although I would wish no harm on my furry friend if he is ever ill I will only be returning to V4P St Helens

Vets for pets in Woking were great

Vets for pets in Woking were great my dog had to be put to sleep the vet Martin and reception lady Jo were so lovely and had lots of empathy making the whole experience as nice as it possibly could be You have now got a loyal customer and will be returning with our other dog when needed Well done and thank you so much

Friendly efficient Reception ladies and they kindly listen to their pet owners Nurse was lovely very empathetic to me interested about my cat Fluff Vet was so professional able to listen to my endless chattering whilst trying to attend to the patient sorry about that felt that my little cat was in safe hands very knowledgable understanding emphatic and kind and wise oh and caring Thank you everybody
