lack of Opportunities

they are very long to answer emails there are all the time problems on the site the production of a small product even takes several days and finally they advertise new features but they bring them back each time lack of Opportunities

If I could give them 0 stars I would I was so excited when I came across viaglamour I was happy that I finally found a lab that could help my cosmetics line grow with all of their neat benefits when you sign up for the PRO PLAN but soon after I was getting comfortable with them they kept proving to me that they don t really care about helping SLOW replies to emails I have to constantly bug them just to get a reply I keep running into technical problems and they re so slow at fixing their mistakes with the site We were told back in February that we would be able to change the design theme for our websites but every month they keep pushing the date more and more further away When I ask them about it they will dance around your answer And when they do reply their response is VERY SHORT My latest issue now is trying to get photos uploaded to my site for new products but of course all of a sudden I don t have access to upload images like I once did before I don t even have access to Publish new products on my site PLEASE DO NOT waist your money with them I ve been with them for months now and I m barely making any money from them I was doing better and making more money doing everything on my own with Bigcartel Please do not waist your time and money on this lab

Completely Disappointed

Do not use this company if you don t want to wait a full month for your customer to receive their orders I notified them multiple times that for 5 out of 7 of my orders it took anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks to get to the customer They go for days ignoring your messages and it isn t until you are angry someone finally responds with mediocre resolution and apology in an attempt to keep your business I am going to research other companies to see if I can find something better that doesn t upset my customers because they are waiting and waiting and waiting while I am trying to get via glamour to even respond to me if at all

So disappointed The website is soooooooo slow minutes to load cannot edit themes Overall just having the worst experience I was happy to start my business even when I had Shopify VG was still having the same problems I have no issues contact the support team but the problems still exist Even when I go to my store online it loads slow and or error How embarrassing is this and a waste of my money
