Do not use

Had to use Vialto via my husband s employer As we had recently married he needed to submit a joint declaration this year With many delays many unanswered messages and holidays we received the declaration without having my details included More unanswered messages until finally I got a phone call saying they would look at it that there were 3 years to correct a declaration However in our case my declaration looks like it has not been filed so I am getting letters from the Service Impots The declaration correction has still not been filed despite again messages through their help

Horrific experience for work permit twiceUnfortunately I had no other choice rather than working with them since my company had a contract with them The first work permit tier 2 application they gave me a nightmare Constant delays and chasings all the time For the second time these delays became so horrific that I decided to withdraw from their service They literally ignored me for 3 weeks when the application I filled only needed to be reviewed and submitted A process that would take roughly 1 hour to do so The reason people approach you is no frustration Sometimes these tasks don t even have a complexity so you defeated the purpose twice and all I had was frustration time wasted without an apology or a reason being given

EU Immigration Visa support

Immigration Visa support with simple questions is not professional There is No responsibility only mails with 0 results no willing to cooperate only one generic opinion It seems for me this Vialto company use chatbot for advice with extremely high costs

Filling Taxes 30 ruling

Vialto is hired by my company to fill the taxes of their employees They forget about my taxes haven t filled them and miss understood many of the documents Did not seem to read my emails and just send automatic answers Terrible service

Negative added value avoid at all cost

I used their service to file tax self-assessment in the UK 1 Awful service -- they messed up self-assessment and I had to check very thoroughly their calculations2 Communication was virtually non-existent After filling out initial questionnaire they went silent for a few months I had to chase them multiple times to get my self-assessment form from them When I had questions they just ignored my emails in two months period I wrote them approximately 10 emails with questions pings and got ZERO replies from them they responded only when I escalated the issue through my employer 3 They keep spamming me 4 identical emails in last month soliciting that I use their service for next tax year no way and there is no link button to unsubscribe

Vialto BelgiumAbsolutely despicable service They gave us outdated information for our visas which resulted in us losing weeks and thousands of our own dollars travelling to and from the Belgium embassy Not to mention their lack of accountability for their mistakes turnaround time on requests and response time on e-mails What a bad taste these utterly useless people put in our mouths before emigrating

They missed the tax return deadline

I used this company twice since it was part of my relocation package from Switzerland to the United Kingdom In both cases it was a terrible experience and it actually got worse the second time despite having given them a negative feedback the first time to which the only thing they did was apologizing They make you fill insane forms that are more complex than filling a tax return and then they wait until the last day or after the deadline for giving you the tax return Horrible

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible I was put in copy of the email from the embassy to Vialto today stating that it was the last warning as they never confirmed my appointment for TOMORROW and did not sent my documents ether I did send Vialto couple of emails during last weeks asking for the documents I need to bring to the appointment - nothing better do it yourself Same work less stress

Can t recommend vialto as tax advisor

My employer ordered Vialto to take care of my taxes while beeing Expat I had the impression that it was much more work for due to their complex templates compared to doing all declarations myself and every year I found some wrong declarations I needed to correct Some of my colleagues even ordered another tax advisor to oversee vialtos work For me the long processing times were really frustrating and costly
