Does not deserve the more of 22 years of trust
No one talks about this but the new identifiers of Via Verde are not only linked to the car plate so if you have a problem with the linked vehicle they don t care and charge you twice or as many identifiers you have on you This is so unfair This company has proven to be unworthy of trust

Pushes subscriptions for physical devices with no service attached Prevents you from replacing batteries on devices so you must purchase read subscribe a new one when batteries fail Raises prices announces it as pricing update hides the new prices and sends a link to the homepage instead of to the new prices

I got a parking ticket despite having
I got a parking ticket despite having paid for the parking and being in the correct zone Their customer service took three weeks to reply and then gave me a basic reply that didn t solve my problem telling me that I choose the incorrect zone even though I verified that the zone was correct with the police officer There s no way I can reply to the message and now I need to open a new request which probably again will take three weeks Absolute insult Horrible company

ViaVerde claimed and applied charges to my Spanish Motorway Toll device Since 15th January the date of my first email to them I ve been banging my head against the wall asking them to investigate I have never been to Portugal so it s impossible to have used a toll road there ViaVerde refuse to release the data that proves myself my device or my vehicle were ever in Portugal They are thieves
