Leakages and wrong electric cable setupOur integrated Udestue was completed on December 2022 after may delays However the electric cable was wrongly installed and we had also several leakages every time it was raining outside These defects were captured in the aflevering - fejl mangler report we compiled together with our construction manager However since the report was created on December 20th and the last payment was executed nothing was done to fix theses defects and it has been impossible to contact the construction manager I have sent dozen of emails and called many times and never got an answer I have then created a customer service ticket and I was promised to receive some support asap but it didn t happen yet After over a month and a half I am still waiting to hear back from Vica dk on how when if they are going to fix these defects I wasn t expecting this quite unprofessional behavior from a leading company that makes expensive Udestue
