Although the process can be lengthy the underwriters will really work with you in order to get the application over the line Special thanks to Jodie Delahunty due to changes in Vidas affordability my clients were able to secure the 2yr fixed originally applied for Instead of just leaving the application on the 5yr Jodie reworked the affordability and was able to secure the original rate depsite Vida s rates increasing since application Happy clients

Great service from Vida all around - from enquiry to DIP DIP to underwriting and underwriting to Offer stage The whole team are brilliant and the underwriter Barry Lindsay kept me in the loop and did a superb job polite and professional at all times It s great when you can actually speak to a human rather than a Chatbot or someone sitting in a call centre abroad not knowing how the UK market actually works And at the same time have a bit of a laugh when chatting on the phone Thanks to all the brilliant team at Vida- definitely worth recommending to my fellow colleagues Nothing but 5 Star service

The underwriter was quick to review the case and made effort to call me so I can supply the necessary quickly for them to make a decision Underwriter also went the extra mile on Friday late evening to inform me that case is offered and client was so delighted it made the weekend extra special for the client too

Vida - very good service

Vida were very helpful and friendly whenever I called no matter who I spoke to The calls were answered quickly and no need to go around the houses choosing different options Patricia Muler was the underwriter and she was again very professional and friendly Overall this was a very good experience

Adverse Credit with 10 Deposit No problem
