The worst telecommunication company in the history of mankind Had to spend weeks to proof they did mistake on billing after cancellation they sent my file to a collection agency because of their billing bugs for 45 bucks Then when I proof They owed me then they sent me a cheque They said I have to pay the collection agency and then They compensated it with an extra money Avoid them at all costs

Disgusting Vid otron position on terminal replacement
I called to get a new TV terminal for my 93 years old mother I got the worst customer service possible and nothing in the end Recap of the issues 1 The supposedly expert technician did not know what I was talking about - terminal supporting the HDMI-CEC protocole - yes detailed but when you are qualified you know what I am talking about2 After 40 min of wait and transfers I got someone I am restraining for giving his name here who explained that my mother has a 80 or so unpaid telephone bill - the bill having been sent Dec 10th - and Vid otron will not place a terminal change until it has been paidReally This unpaid bill is not even past the 60 days limit AND there was a postal strikeI requested quite brusquely yes at that point I was less polite that they proceed and I will pay the bill with my mother the next day when I am with her at her residence - NO DICESo my last sentenced was then Vid otron installed a very old terminal when they stated they were replacing the last one with a new one this protocole missing is old but still the terminal model older - a lie in my book - and now they are hijacking replacing this terminal with a new one supporting adequately new TV models because of a 40 days past due bill still in the mail This is disgusting

The worst company ever
The worst company ever that always has problems with the bill I spent 5 month to demonstrate they over charge me when I quit my internet service with them Now that I also quit my data service with them they wanted to over charge me again like 330 cad And I demonstrated them that I owned them zero So now I came from receive another paper bill saying that I own them 24 dollars even though if I have not contract with them since one month they keep charging me as if I have the service active with them It s incredible anoying what they does I don t know if their agents are not prepare for the job or if they don t make notes but it s unbelievable If you want a good advise stay away from them I advise aaalll my friends not to get their services And aslo their internet WiFi service sucks Now I have to spent more time of my life trying to explain everything to another brainless agent that won t understand and will make a bad job again Now I have to get all my bills with all dates and make like an university thesis to be able to explain the next one what happens It s a pain in heart Just close your company and avoid people to have a heart attack please

Absolutely atrocious experience I have an official complaint with the government body in charge of telecom This is abusive Unauthorized billing constant mistakes Their systems are horrible their employees can t do their job because of it This is insanely bad service

Punished for Being a Loyal Customer
I am a Videotron customer and saw an online ad for the same package that I currently have but at 40 month cheaper I called to ask them to switch my plan to this one Seems simple enough right Wrong If you have been a customer for 7 years like I have you will be paying more than a customer joining today You are punished for being a loyal customer I can understand if it was a 1 or 2 year promotion for a new customer But this was a lifetime discount for new customers that is unavailable to current customers Absolutely ridiculous As a positive the people on the phone were polite

Cancellation fees and debt collecting agency
Hi In October 2024 I cancelled my home internet with Videotron I asked about cancellation charges the operator told me I would have to pay something like 5 and that s it Three months later at the end of December 2024 I receive a bill of 200 call the operator who tells me that this bill is coming late because of the renewal procedures and because the previous operator was wrong they would give me a discount End of January I receive the same bill of 200 I phone the operator again agree to pay Mid-february they issued the bill they don t wait for me to pay it instead they pass it to ARM debt collecting agency at the end of February This is ridiculous First they don t tell you about cancellation fees then they don t issue the correct bill then they snitch on you Thank you Videotron for your lovely humane service I never said I won t pay btw

I WHOULD LIKE GIVE 0 its horrible company they charge as they want even i pay they still sent bill with 2 times more than before also when you call they even don t know what they are doing and their behaviors with clients its exactly harassment They receive money and they still call sent letters have to call them all the time to fix problems about bills Every month in the row they charge me 2000 when I don t even have service with them any more its horrible service I ever had in my life

Trying to sign up for an internet TV plan What a nightmare Whoever designed their website needs to be locked up and kept away from all technology If this is how they conduct sales I can t imagine just how horrible their service is Be warned
